We are quite active even though we are a small group so i will try to reply to all your questions A.S.A.P and submissions are automatically approved however there are limits to submissions and when you are submitting it will tell you if you have exceeded this limit and it will stop letting you submit. ♥ To join simply press the 'join our group' button, and you will be a member before you can say 'I love mangas!' MangoSlice.Net - you might be interested in this, its a forum currently undergoing development for people who are serious about becoming manga makers. The forum is gearted towards artists and writers helping each other by posting resources and giving and recieveing feedback on their work. Great for aspiring manga makers.
